Joint webinar with Embarcadero on migration to 64-bit systems - relevant to C++Builder XE3U1 users!

Mar 18 2013
Author:

The Embarcadero company and our company have carried out a joint webinar on migration to 64-bit platforms. Our colleague Andrey Karpov was the chief speaker.

It is no secret that after releasing C++Builder XE3 Update 1 developers using this environment have at last acquired the means to create 64-bit software. Our team has been an expert in the field of 64-bit software development and code migration since the times of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. That's why when the Russian representative office of Embarcadero suggested organizing a joint webinar on this subject, we gladly agreed.

You can view the record of the webinar entitled "Things to remember when developing 64-bit applications in C++Builder" and arranged as a conversation between Andrey Karpov (OOO "Program Verification Systems") and Vsevolod Leonov (Embarcadero) following the link posted on the Embarcadero blog (direct link to youtube). The webinar is based on the ideas of our own "Lessons on development of 64-bit C/C++ applications".

Since the webinar was meant only for the Russian audience, its language is Russian. We recommend that our English-speaking users read our lessons to get a better understanding of migration specifics.
